Maintenance Procedure
Request a quote or book maintenance directly
If you require a quote, we will send it to you within 24 hours. Otherwise, you can also book the maintenance directly.
Receive shipping label & send in Dustlight
You will receive a shipping label from us, with which you can return your Dustlight to us.
Dustlight is being maintained
During the maintenance of the Dustlights:
- the stainless steel mesh replaced,
- the air duct cleaned,
- replaced the sensor unit with a new and calibrated one,
- the software updated and
- a complete functional test has been carried out.
Your Dustlight will be back within 2 weeks
So that you can quickly resume measuring fine dust, your Dustlight will be returned as soon as possible.
Frequently Asked Questions
To ensure consistently accurate measurements and reliable protection, we strongly recommend having the annual maintenance carried out regularly. Without the annual maintenance, deposits of dust and other substances can accumulate in the sensor chamber, leading to the device providing inaccurate measurement results in the long term.
If your Dustlight is indispensable to you, we can also provide you with a replacement device. Simply contact our support at info@dustlight.de.
Of course. If you have another defect with the device or if, for example, the batteries need to be replaced, this can also be addressed during the maintenance. Please mention this when booking the maintenance.
